Suggestions for Yom kippur the day and the days prior and after?

hi y’all, I’m form a Jewish family, my mom Jewish also, in this year i have been getting close to my faith and i started to attend a reform synagogue but i would like your suggestions, I’m a woman, and i made all of the celebration of Rosh Hashanah, the prayers, food etc. i would love to read your recommendations!
