Seeking NYC shul recommendations

Hi Redditors, I’ve scrolled a lot of posts from people seeking shul recs, but usually they are from younger people than I. I was raised Reform, secular, unobservant, agnostic, but Zionist. After decades with no religious affiliation, I feel a pull towards engaging and connecting in Jewish communities, making friends, and fostering deep relationships. Where in Manhattan (UWS and UES would be most convenient) will someone who is younger Gen X, single, straight, childless, not wealthy, and politically left of center (but disgusted by both left and right) feel genuinely welcomed and not like a total oddball? I have streamed various Shabbat services, but would like to start visiting different congregations in person. I think I lean more Conservative/Reform, but might be open to a Conservadox/MO-lite congregation that isn’t too uptight/rules-y. Much appreciated. TIA.
