Resources to help learn Hebrew to read from a Siddur and understand the words?

Starting from scratch, I’ve been doing lessons with a kind fellow at Shul and can understand the alphabet and vowel sounds and put together the words now, but I don’t know the grammar/syntax rules, common roots, or the meaning of the words unless I google them. What resources both online and textbook based can I use to become proficient enough to read from a siddur quickly enough for services and also understand the words’ definitions, the sentence structure, and the greater meaning of the text?

I understand this isn’t something that can be done overnight it will probably take me a couple of years, but I have to start somewhere, so any recommendations are appreciated.
