Resources for filling gaps in my knowledge

Hey folks, so I was raised secular – I was not even told we are Jewish because my family is from the USSR and when they moved to Canada they did not want me to experience any anti semitims growing up in a predominantly muslim neighborhood. I found out I was Jewish when I visited Ukraine as a kid from the parent of a family friend who let it slip. My parents refused to talk about any of it and so I only got involved with a shul when I went to college. From then till now I have really connected to my Jewish identity and have understood that though my family never explicitly spoke about being Jewish their behaviour and culture was still that of Soviet Ukrainian Jews. However what I am lacking is any type of structured religious instruction that most people would receive as kids. I don’t have the time or resources to enrol in a class so I need to find good resources (any kind, podcasts, books, websites etc) that help me understand all the different branches of our faith. I am using the Chabad website and My Jewish Learning to help me on specific topics, and I regularly watch the ‘Menorah’ youtube channel (in Russian), and when am able attend shul. I would love books that offer our religious text + commentary that is both spiritual and historic, or a resource that serves as a self paced class on Judaism.
