Religious Rural Kibbutz Community pt 2

Thanks for everyone’s contributions to my last post. I’d like to post a more precise definition of what I mean:

I have learned that I neither mean rural nor do I mean kibbutz. I would like a nature-y place, not in the city, where housing is separate and not built on top of each other. I would also love to be able to grow food and livestock (small, birds and goats) for personal use and sharing with friends, nothing on a commercial level. Housing plots between 1 and 2 acres would be great. Shomer shabbat, modox friendly. Any ideas?
