I like to fast on Yom Kippur because it helps me feel fulfilled and its very rewarding by the end of the day despite the discomfort and hunger, Although I am very curious if anyone has exceptions (not because of health reasons) maybe they don’t count water as a prohibition, or you only refrain from eating rather than drinking.
