This may sound very odd, but my neighbor had a weird visit from someone yesterday who was asking if my neighbor was Jewish. He drove up mid-day and put on an orthodox looking black gown after getting out of the car (he also had a large black beard). He said he had heard someone lived at my neighbors who was Jewish. He ended up driving off after stopping by another neighbors as well. My neighbor is also not Jewish, and I honestly don’t think anyone on my street is. Is there a simple explanation for this encounter?
