Has anyone else noticed that the pointy/elevated kippot worn by Cantors is making a comeback?
I have a recollection that they were worn in my childhood Reform Temple until 1970 or, and then replaced by a flat knitted kippot. Why did they fall out of vogue, why the comeback, and what is your opinion the trend?
