Hi ! I posted this in a couple other subreddits, but one reccomended I ask here too!
So, I am looking to possibly change my middle name. My family member was named Judy, and I was looking for a male version of that, and really liked the name Judah.
I looked into it and saw it was from Hebrew origins, and now I’m unsure if it would be okay for me to take the name. I am not Jewish nor do I speak Hebrew, and I’m not sure if it’s a culture-specific name 😅 It seems to be very connected to Judaism from what I can see online
I know a lot of names are from Hebrew (including my siblings names) but I don’t know If it’s the same as like, Micheal or Adam or Hannah or anything. I wanted to ask before I considered further it just in case !! Thank you ! (:
