Question for those who observe niddah

My question is mainly for those who menstruate and need to use mikvot regularly as a result. How do you or would you manage circumstances where you live two hours away from the closest mikveh? Are there ways I don’t know that can fulfill the obligations at home when you’re in a landlocked region? Or is the drive just something you’d need to accept?

I am exploring becoming more observant but I also live in Iowa City, Iowa. The closest mikveh is in Des Moines. I am also just curious as I know Orthodox women live in the area and I am wondering how they may handle it, but I am not at all close enough with them to ask them myself.

I realize it’s still Shabbes for most people but I expect some will see this later.
