Question about Birkat Hagomel from the Orthodox Perspective

I have a friend, unmarried woman who survived a BM hit from Irun. She is not daati, but asked me how she should say Birkat Hagomel.

Can she appoint a sheliach? Should she attempt to go to a Torah minyan and say it from the mechitzah? Can she do it virtually?
