Hi folks! Just wanted to post about the Oxford School of Rare Jewish Languages (OSRJL), and recommend that anyone interested apply for Michaelmas term by noon (UK time) on Friday September 12 2025. They offer free classes in rare Jewish languages over Zoom throughout the academic year, and while they prioritize students or academics or those studying languages, you can apply regardless of whether you meet those terms. I’ve already taken Judeo-Greek and Kivruli courses there, and am applying for several new classes for the next session.
Please refer to their website for more comprehensive information: https://www.ochjs.ac.uk/language-classes/oxford-school-of-rare-jewish-languages/. Feel free to ask any questions; I’ll try to answer them.
