Hi all. How does kashrut work with medicine? Specifically, oral-based tabs. Do medicines need to be specifically prescribed? I have some meds that I want to take but I don’t believe they’ve been specifically flagged as kosher and they haven’t been prescribed. They’re meds I found available without a script but I don’t know the kashrut aspect of this. Can anyone help?
