Looking for Advice and Inspiration for My First Dvar Torah

Hi, I’m looking for suggestions for a good dvar Torah on this week’s parsha or just an inspirational one in general. I have a sem interview this week, and one of the things they asked us to do is prepare a dvar Torah. I’ve never given one before, so I’m feeling pretty nervous. If anyone has tips or advice to help me prepare, I’d really appreciate it!
