Jewish Holy Book (Tanakh?)

I apologize if this is not an appropriate question, please don’t flame me. I am genuinely curious and want to learn. I am a Christian and just want to know more about Judaism. I know that it is widely taught by Christianity that our Old Testament is the same as your holy book. I am more curious if there are books we have added or subtracted from our biblical cannon that exist within your cannon. I am asking specifically based on our Old Testament. I know that the New Testament obviously doesn’t exist in your cannon.

I would like to read more on Jewish beliefs, not as a novelty, but out of a genuine interest. I have tried to ask around but I don’t know anyone who genuinely practices Judaism. I have been told my whole life that my faith was built from a Jewish foundation but I don’t know a lot about that foundation. I am not here to argue about faith, I just want to know more.
