Is there a baal teshuva movement in Reform or Conservative Judaism? Is Chabad the only movement to return Jews to Judaism?

Just curious. And by the way, I commend Chabad for the incredible work they do, but they can’t do it alone, so is there movements within Reform or Conservative Judaism to return secular or unaffiliated Jews back to Judaism?
