Is Chabad pro-Israel?

As Chabad grows in influence, how does it affect world Jewry’s relationship with Israel?

I have heard that the Rebbe was staunchly anti-Zionist (from the comments, seems like this is not correct), but I have also been to Chabads that were fairly pro-Israel.
