I’m an American Service Member who took was told I was good to take a Nazarite Vow, and now they are asking me to cut my hair

I currently serving, and I put in a religious accommodation that was lost in the system and I had to send up another. However because I don’t have the waiver that was lost they are now asking me to compromise and to cut my hair. How do I navigate this while upholding the vow?
