I’m a Reform Jew and hoping to start attending Modern Orthodox services. What should I expect?

More specifically, I am thinking of beginning to attend Mincha/Maariv services at my local Modern Orthodox shul. I’m curious if there is anything that might be drastically different from Reform services that I should be prepared for. Thank you!!
