I have a few questions about the devil in Judaism

disclaimer: i know next to nothing about Judaism, but I’m very curious.

i read on this subreddit that “satan” is a hebrew word, and it means “accuser/prosecutor”, and that “ha-satan” (literally “the satan”) is an angel of God whose job it is to accuse and test.

So in Judaism, is the Accuser just… doing his job? Or is there another force that specifically opposes God and represents evilness?
Where did the idea of Satan falling from heaven come from? Does he have a name, or does he only have a title?
