After becoming more religious again, I was wondering. What songs, music, and genres are best to substitute suggestive catchy music? Cuz right now, I am listening to ocean waves sounds, not really catchy but I figured if I wanted to do teshuva, I might as well start with the music I listen to, and I listen to music daily for hours. It would be really cool if someone suggested a more appropriate rock band but other music works well too.
I have not so good taste in music. I prefer the type with high intensity or something melodical.
