how to let go of resentment towards a fellow Jew who you feel very wronged by?

I under no circumstances want HaShem to punish them. In fact, i don’t want HaShem to punish anyone who has ever caused a pain in my heart at all. i totally forgive them and wish them well. And i would be angry if they were punished cause of me or my overly sensitive heart.

however i still feel so wronged and feel resentful towards a much older woman in my life and i really would like to free myself from this feeling for my own well being. Approaching her is not possible.

how can i begin to let go of this emotion?
