How to know a guy is jewish or not

In my school about 50%-70% white people are jewish or half jewish. I can know some people is jewish when I saw their jewish feature on face. I cannot distinguish the difference between most people of European and Jewish descent. If a non Jewish white person told me that he’s Jewish, I might really believe it.
