How to find out about the origins, and the main concepts of jewish culture.

The religion is interesting to me, but what seems more interesting to me at the moment is the culture sorrounding it. What is this culture made of, how did it form, how did it evolve. I’m not Jewish, the most Jewish blood I have in me is my great grander father was a holocaust surviver. I haven’t read any religious texts. I just wanna know about the culture itself because it seems interesting. If you don’t want to explain it but also have a good resource thats welcome too. Any answers are appreciated!
