How is the oral torah practiced if?

I’m not so familiar with Jewish costumes so sorry if I say something bad, as long as I know, the Talmud is “a written version” of the oral torah, but it also have many discussions of rabbis in it, with many interpretations of different parts, isn’t it problematic? Because it has to be a correct interpretation of the oral torah, do you think different interpretations of the talmud doesn’t necessarily “affect your relationship”(if He sees you as a sinner or not) with G-d?.
