How does a ger actually find a wife?

I would be interested to know how a Ger in his mid/late 20s can find a wife who also lives an orthodox life. That can be quite difficult, especially if you live in a country where there aren’t many orthodox jews, such as Germany. Do you have to try to look abroad through certain organizations? There probably aren’t many other gers, especially female ones. Do you have any experience with this?

Of course, you should ask the rabbi, but I would be interested to know how others in similar situations have proceeded.
