How do you cultivate spiritual practice?

I observe Shabbat at home, try best to keep mitzvot and go to services often for holidays (US Reform). I’ve also tried other movements like MO and Conservative but I actually felt less connected probably since it was out of my norm. I love being in community but I’m missing a spiritual connection. I obviously don’t believe in a “personal connection” with god in the way Christian friends of mine talk about for example, but I’m looking for a way to feel tapped into creation.

This sounds completely wacky new age but not sure how else to put it. How do I make my Judaism more spiritually connected?
