Honest questions and answers

Shalom! I’m a Catholic Christian, and in recent months, I have seen a lot of anti-semitic content on the internet, and there just seems to be more and more every day. They cite Talmud verses about Gentiles a lot, saying that it’s written that Jews should lie to non-Jews, it’s okay to steal from a non-Jew ect. ect., and they also show some videos of rabbis saying such stuff. They also like to show some conspiracy theories that Jews want to control the world because some of them have lots of money. So, I have 2 questions

1) Why do some rabbis say bad things about non-Jews, why would Talmud allow such stuff?

2) Why have Jews always been so successful? Most persecuted group of people in history, yet still, some of the most powerful, influential, and richest people were/are Jews, what’s the reason?
