Hebrew School teachers: do your kids attend for free?

For anyone in the U.S. who has ever served as a teacher at a Conservative or Reform synagogue’s religious school (aka Hebrew/Sunday/supplementary school), did you pay tuition if your own child(ren) enrolled? Full, partial, or none at all?

I know that synagogues have expenses, but I would hope that your own kid’s tagging-along would be a fringe benefit.
