Leviticus 6 T’zav. I’m scrolling thru the commentary on Sefaria right now and WOW there’s a lot to be said about what seems to be short simple verses. Going to be discussing d’var Torah with my rabbi of course, but I’m curious what folks have done with this portion before.
One thing that strikes me is that all the commentary we have on Temple procedures is from the post-Temple period. I’m curious if we have any first or second Temple period archeological notes on offerings and the altar.
