G-d sending a sign

Hi, What would you all constitute as G-d sending a sign. I’ve had a minor cancer a few years ago and have become very paranoid… today at a tele health follow up I stumbled upon that someone added a lung mass to my my chart acct a few days before I got a chest xray for surgery clearance to remove the thyroid which had cancer. At the time I didn’t know there was cancer there but regardless this was added a few days before my chest xray which was clear. But a few months ago in June I remm having a dream that something was wrong with my lungs and idr the dream really but I think I remm hearing not cancer but idr really. Anyway I’m paranoid that G-d maybe sending me a sign but I don’t want to get another xray for no reason so yeah
