Post Shabbat ramblings I feel called to share. Would love to hear others perspectives and insights too. Im reading a book Adon Olam by Tabbi Zalman Weiss. I’m sitting with the fact that in this day and age when the world has become so far removed from God‘s presence, humankind as a whole, I believe it makes it all the more powerful when we are able to connect with the Torah and God‘s presence. It is a gift to be alive during this time and to be able to choose Hashem.
He created our world to be “separate” as a physical realm and through being “separate” we then get the choice to choose whether or not to follow his ways. There are so many distractions and options available to us at all times that pull us away from Him. And always he remains.
