Does anyone know where I can find transcripts of old Ashkenaz siddurim with Yotzrot and other piyyutim?

I have been reading about different historic traditions in Ashkenaz of piyuttim and how different communities had their own sets of piyuttim. I have not been able to find siddurim or any other primary sources to see what communities were saying and how they were different. Does anyone know where I can look?
