Dating a Jewish Girl as a foodie

Hi, I’m not terribly sure where else to ask, but I met this girl and she and her family are pretty religious. I’m catholic and don’t really know a lot about Judaism, especially regarding the food. I really like this girl and want to be able to take her out to eat at some places, but I’m hoping someone can educate me a bit on what to look for when picking a restaurant so I know she can enjoy whatever we get without worry.

Note: Im seeing a lot of “Ask Her” so ima go do that and report back!

Note: I have asked! Seems it was a lot simpler than I thought. She doesn’t do pork and the shellfish. While it does seem like that’s the biggest extent of it, I deeply appreciate those here who educated me on urged me to just man up and ask. Thank you for this!
