Daily prayer sets

I’m looking to be more practicing but it’s a daunting start. I’m trying to incorporate the morning mid day and evening prayers into my daily routine. Unfortunately I don’t know them and have time constraints from work. I was wondering if anyone had good resource videos or guides both of the full forty minute set and/or ten to fifteen minute version that will be easier to do over lunch and before I clock in.
