Conservative vs. Reform – need advice

My wfie and I were raised in Conservative synagogues and bar/bat mitzvah. We moved to Southern California and are considering joining a Reform schul for the first time. We have a daughter who will be bat mitvah in two years. We are torn. We are mostly 3x per year Jews although our daughter has been going to a month long Jewish sleep away camp for years. She is excited to have a Bat Mitzvah. Anyone who grew up Conservative but joined a Reform synagogue have any advice?
