Can you identify this

I went to see a childhood friend in Auclair, province of Québec, Canada and I found this. I know what a Menorah is but the small booklet with it, no. It looks like a daily prayer book. It is written in both English and Hebrew. Im also very surprised to have found this in a very remote, rural, Catholic region of Québec.
