I love leyning Torah but I’m going to be honest: I kind of dislike the Ashkenazi trope and get jealous of Sephardim and Mizrahim because it sounds so much cooler to me. But of course not everyone reads Torah the same way. I hear people do things… Differently sometimes up on the bimah. Not so different that people would be like “what the heck is that guy doing??” But they have their own styles or do it differently than I learned.
Do you have a favorite cantor, website or other resource that you like to hear? I guess I’m trying to spice it up a little, if that makes sense.
