Age of Torah and is the story of adam and eve and great flood found in original torah?

Hello friends I want to debunk the widely accepted indoaryan invasion theory that has been seen as a history without much evidence .

I found connections from this video about the two religions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bx9OWjO97rk . The fact that there is a story about flood and the first human surviving the disaster in a boat in Hinduism also in book called “Manusmriti”

So if torah is 2000 years old then surely hinduism existed since the times of Indus valley civilization.

Sorry i think this is a bit offtopic and i should have asked this in history sub but i also wanted to share similarity between two religions so trying to kill two birds with one stone ^_^
