Would I be considered Jewish?

Hello all! I’m just kinda confused and feel a bit bad. My father and his side are Jewish although my mother is not which I’m pretty sure means I’m not. However my father’s side are Ashkenazis. I’ve been to many Jewish schools growing up, celebrating the traditions and holidays. I’m from a Jewish community and my Jewish friends say that I am one. Slowly I’ve been opening up to learn even more about it as in my childhood I have even been bullied for looking/ having Jewish family so I’ve never really said anything about it. My fiancé knows that “me” and my family are Jewish and wants to get more involved with that but it would make me feel guilty if I’m not even really considered one.

Any advice? Thanks! I hope this isn’t offensive in anyway
