Would a transplanted plant based organ be permitted?

If a company made a fully functioning heart that was was completely plant based and was grown in israel, but didn’t separate trumah. Would it be permissible for an observant Jew to receive such a transplant?

A simple reading of the Halacha would imply that it would not be permitted because tevel could in theory be rectified, but in practice you can’t because it would involve cutting the perfectly functioning plant based organ. And you also couldn’t even access it once it was inside you.
