This is a relatively small thing, but it made me happy, and I wanted to share it. I work at an institution that is almost aggressively Christian, and it can feel overwhelming at times, but today during a meeting, we were scheduling things for the next few weeks and I said (didn’t ask) that I couldn’t do anything on September 8th because I was going to RH services. My boss and coworker just said okay and didn’t make a big deal out of it or anything. I wasn’t really surprised, but I wouldn’t have been entirely surprised if they had, so I was really pleased about it.
