Alright, I’ve been thinking of ways to be healthier on Pesach, because I’ve perpetually used it as an excuse to go crazy with what I eat – it’s only once a year, and how bad could eating an entire jar of gefilte fish, or a whole container of Chopped liver, in a single sitting really be? (Answer a: it’s not great; Answer b: yes, I love both)
So I’ve been thinking: They do Avocado toast, which is decent tasting enough, and it’s generally just the avocado with some salt and pepper.
The question: any issue with eating Avocado Matzoh? I can’t see a reason that it wouldn’t be kosher for Passover, but thought I’d ask around a little. Thanks in advance!
