Why is there no "kol ish" rule for women?

So, I understand how, in the Orthodox context, there is the rule of “kol isha” – of men not listening to women singing so they don’t get sexually aroused (while praying).

That said, why are women allowed to listen to men sing? Couldn’t a woman get equally sexually aroused and distracted from prayer?

This is one reason why they should have female rabbis: to guide the women separately from men, so neither gender gets distracted.
