Okay I know this might sound super offensive, but as an Israeli this is the impression I got from American jews, it seems to me like most American jews seem to not take care of themselves, I mean not in a bad way, they don’t smell or look bad, it just seems like dressing nice and taking care of their hair is not so important, can anyone give me an explanation why is that the impression I got? Is it a specific group or a cultural thing?
