Why did Yemenite Hebrew adapt to tiberian vocalization but not Yemenite trope

Yemenites added Segol and Patach to their Hebrew because of the establishment of Tiberian Hebrew from the Masoretes. The masoretes also codified trope which included pazer, geresh, and telisha, but the Teimanim didn’t adopt these additions, despite adopting the Tiberian trope notation. They added Segol and Patach to their Hebrew but not any trope symbols, so what gives?
