How do you deal with dog whistles and plausibly deniable sentiments?
Do you impose behavioral standards (vocal volume, tone, etc.) on yourself? If so, what? If not, why not?
Do you educate ignorant people or ask them questions?
Do you ignore them or engage them?
What approach do you find most effective in the long term and in the short term? Is there a difference?
