Which publisher would you guys recommend and is there any rabbi or community in Malaysia?

Hi, I been studying Torah by myself for quite some time,I study it through the screen and I been thinking of getting my own Torah book, I hope that you guys would help me out by recommending me which publisher should I buy from. Also I live in Malaysia and I am aware of the anti-semitism which means Judaism teaching technically is not available Malaysia, I would like to know is there any rabbi or community in Malaysia which cannot be found on the internet?
