Which nations come from Abraham besides Israel that can be considered sister/brother nations?

The Torah says that many great nations will come from Abraham’s seed, in addition to Israel. What is the Rabbinic consensus on which nations those were throughout history, and particularly, which nations those are today in 2021? To be clear, just because a nation may not be on this list, it doesn’t mean it’s still not a great nation, or blessed by Hashem. I am not trying to start any value judgments in that way, rather, I am just trying to learn which nations besides Israel are sort of brother or sister nations in that sense. But it’s not meant to be anything negative on other nations. Just trying to learn this and be able to see more of the Torah in history and the modern world.
