Where is it safe to be Jewish besides Israel?

Currently live in the US. I feel that the atmosphere is growing increasingly hostile to Jews from both sides and no one seems to care. I’ve thought about moving before, but when I lived in Europe (UK, France, Belgium) for a few years the anti-Semitism was in many ways even worse than it is in the US. I do like Israel, but I was wondering where else people have found it to be a better environment for Jews.
